Perioral Dermatitis

Perioral dermatitis is a rash or irritation that occurs around the mouth.  It can effect the nasolabial folds, and the chin.  It can also can affect the eyes and cheeks.  It is theorized to be related to rosacea or seborrhic dermatitis.  It can worsen with sunlight or some creams.  It can last for months if  untreated.  It is typically treated with an oral antibotic.
